The Hendricks County Health Partnership engages in community health improvement efforts by assessing the health status of the community and planning activities based on assessment information. In 2015, the Partnership is participating in the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) process to determine the health needs and status of Hendricks County, identify barriers that prevent residents from receiving health care, assess the ability of local entities to provide essential public health services, and determine goals and strategies to improve the county’s health.
Planning for health improvement requires input from community members like you. Take a few minutes to review the information below about our current community health planning initiatives and how you can help shape future health activities in Hendricks County.
